Here's a list of what you need:

  • 200 grams sourdough discard
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh or dried dill
  • 1 tablespoons fresh or dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon cracked salt

Mix up all ingredients well in a glass bowl, ensuring the butter is well incorporated.

Pour the dough over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, then using a silicone spatula, spread the mixture out evenly and thinly across the parchment paper.

Sprinkle more salt and herbs over the top of the sheet as desired.

Bake at 325 for 10 mins, remove the sheet and score with a sharp knife or pizza cutter then bake for an additional 35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Let cool and enjoy alone or with some local aged cheddar cheese for a delicious snack 😋
