Do you take custom orders?

Yes, I do. Please contact me to discuss your ideas, materials, pricing, and any time expectations and then read the page "Custom Orders". If you are interested in an Ancestral Remembrance offering, please read the page for more information and contact me with your vision! Due to staying authentic to my creative voice, I don't accept all custom order requests. Thank you!

 How long after purchasing my piece will it take to get to me?

I typically ship items in 3-5 business days, please allow extra time if purchased on a weekend. I ship First Class via USPS (3-5 days), please contact me prior to ordering for shipping upgrades. 

 Do you accept returns, repairs, or exchanges?

All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, or damage from shipping, please contact me within 7 days and I will be more than happy to help if I can. If your jewelry becomes damaged within 30 days of purchase, I consider that maker's error and will fix it, only asking you pay for shipping to get it to me. Any additional damages that come to your jewels will be assessed to decide if it's fixable; and if so, a small repair fee will be exchanged for the time and energy. I do not take responsibility for improperly measuring your ring size or buying the wrong ring size, please get sized at your local jeweler for free if you do not know your ring size. Jewelry cannot be resized unless otherwise stated. I ordinarily do not fix other makers' work, but we can discuss scrapping and re-making a piece with new life at normal price rates. Where can I shop your jewels in person?

I currently sell my creations at Ethos Studio in Holly, MI and apothecary offerings at Tinsman Farm Apothecary in Holly, MI. Know of or own a local Michigan store you'd like to see Mystic Jewels in? Contact me, I'd love to discuss selling my jewelry on commission.

Where can I tag you to show off my new Mystic Treasure?

Where do you source your gemstones?

I work directly with lapidary artists who cut the stone they source from their own or local mines. When not possible, I source from ethically sourced stone distributors (all small businesses). Read more about my ethics on my About page.

Are you open to art trades or collaborations?

Heck yes! I absolutely love collaborating on and exchanging hand made goods with others. Contact me with your ideas! ♡ Though I do not always accept, thank you for respecting my boundaries. (Second photo features collaboration between Hawthorne Trinkets & I)

Your prices aren't accessible to me - do you accept payment plans?

Yes, I do! I acknowledge that my art could be considered a luxury item and while I do my best to be accessible in my pricing, I also am open to payment plans upon request. I offer shop pay installments as well, which allows you to receive your item while making interest free payments, approval is required.
